This month Yarrow |Pom is in the essential oil spotlight. However, something else that has been on my mind lately is balance. Funnily enough, the two intertwine quite neatly, which is what sparked today’s blog post: Finding Balance – Inside and Out.
We chatted earlier this month about what makes Yarrow | Pom so special and some of the benefits of introducing it into your everyday life, but today I’m going to get a little more in-depth on some of the comprehensive benefits this oil has to offer.
