Smoothie Serves 1-2
- 2 cups water, coconut water or milk of choice
- 1-2 cups greens of choice
- 1/2 avocado
- a tbsp of ground flax or hemp hearts
- 1 cup frozen fruit of choice
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- a scoop protein powder(collagen, grass fed whey protein isolate or hemp protein as a vegan option)
- A touch of honey or maple syrup(optional)
