Glow and Go Smoothie Recipe

Get glowing this summer with this easy and delicious smoothie recipe!

Smoothie Serves 1-2

  • 2 cups water, coconut water or milk of choice
  • 1-2 cups greens of choice
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • a tbsp of ground flax or hemp hearts
  • 1 cup frozen fruit of choice 
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • a scoop protein powder(collagen, grass fed whey protein isolate or hemp protein as a vegan option)
  • A touch of honey or maple syrup(optional)

Blend everything until well combined and feel it fuel your body💪🏻, brain 🧠 and soul😊
