It looks like the warm weather is here to stay and I couldn’t be more excited! If you need a quick but healthy cool down treat, why not try this easy and delicious ice cream!
4 ingredients · 1 hour 30 minutes · 6 servings
1 1/2 cups Organic Coconut Milk (full-fat,canned)
5 Banana (sliced and frozen)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
- Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, into a blender and blend until smooth.Occasionally turn the blender off and scrape down the sides if needed.
- Scoop into bowls, sprinkle chocolate chips over top, and enjoy immediately as soft serve or for firmer ice cream, transfer to a glass dish, and freeze for at least 1.5 hours before scooping.
For the Chocolate Lover:
Add cocoa powder while blending.
Additional Topping Ideas:
Nut butter, crushed nuts, melted dark chocolate or fresh fruit.
